Services / Reputation Management

Reputation management and Google reviews for local businesses.

Happy customers rarely leave a review unless someone asks. We set up the ask: a text and email after every job, one reminder, and an alert when a new review comes in.

Based in Boston, working with local businesses across the US.

How one job turns into a review.

  1. Job done

    The job is marked finished

A finished appointment or a paid invoice starts the review request. Nobody has to remember.

Hi Mike, thanks for having Coastal Heating & Air out today. If you have a minute, would you leave us a Google review? It helps a lot.

  3. 2 days later

    One reminder

No review yet? One friendly reminder goes out, then it stops.

    MBMike BrennanText

Hi Mike, just a quick reminder about that review. Here's the link again whenever you get a sec.

Sorry, forgot! Just did it. Ray was great.

  4. Review posted

    You see it right away

You get an alert for every new review and can reply from the same dashboard.

Honestly the tech showed up two hours late and nobody called.

I'm sorry, Lisa. This is Dave, the owner. Can I call you this afternoon and make it right?

Questions.

Do you only ask happy customers?

No. Every customer gets the same request and the same link. Google's rules don't allow asking only the customers you expect to be happy. If someone replies with a complaint, you hear about it right away so you can fix it.

Can you remove bad reviews?

Nobody can remove a real review. We can flag reviews that break Google's rules, like spam or fake reviews, and help you reply to the rest. A calm, specific reply often matters more to the next customer than the review itself.

When does the request go out?

Shortly after the job, while it's fresh. We set the trigger to match how you work: a finished appointment, a paid invoice, or a job you mark done.

What's the Feeding America part?

For every review our clients receive, LeadSprout donates a meal to Feeding America.

Which plan includes it?

Pro, at $197 a month, includes review requests and reputation management. Agency, at $297, adds AI-written replies to your reviews.
